Box Turtles

Box turtles are about the most tranquil of all pets. No barking, scratching or carrying on. And they live very long lives if properly cared for. Here is a book that we are offering. It has a lot of care tips, such as how to keep them in an outdoor enclosure - a viable alternative due to their decreasing habitat and the danger of automobiles. They can thrive in a  yard if it is properly  arranged and protected. There are sections on legal issues as well, since some states have restrictions. And recommendations on revising your will to leave the turtle to someone responsible, since if you follow the directions in this book, they may very well outlive you. And in fact some of the enclosures can get quite elaborate, since some people get carried away in providing the best for their pets.
